All of our covers are custom manufactured to the exact specs of your hot tub for the perfect fit every time. Because these covers are made-to-order, all sales are final. However, we absolutely accept returns on defective or damaged orders and you are also covered by our Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Once you receive your order, we recommend that you or someone you trust be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
If you have received an order that is defective or damaged in any way, please contact us within 72 hours to arrange a re-order of your product and process your return request.
