Mountain Covers prides itself on providing custom-made covers to fit your particular hot tub. We build our covers in Canada and ship them directly to your door. We take great pride in packing and shipping your order with care.
Custom Manufacturing
Every cover is custom made upon ordering. This allows us to tailer each cover to your exact desired configuration and options.
Covers normally take 4 – 8 weeks from the date of order to complete the manufacturing process.
We will confirm all measurements prior to putting your order into production.
NOTE: Due to heightened safety precautions at the factory, please allow for additional production time.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your cover is built, it is shipped directly from the factory to you. Shipping normally takes about 3 – 7 business days for in-stock items (time varies by location).
Once your hot tub cover is made-to-order and ready to shipping, our courier service will provide a tracking number that we attach to your order.
Mountain Covers will provide an order confirmation email along with a tracking number for your convenience.
Your package will be shipped “signature required”. This means that the carrier who delivers your package must present to you a paper or electronic waybill for you to sign. Prior to signing the waybill, you must inspect the package and if you see any damage to the package and/or the contents, please write
“Damaged. Subject to inspection” above where you sign your name. And please take pictures of any damage to the packaging before opening. Once opened, if there is any product damage, please take pictures and email to hello@mountaincovers.com
If you receive a product that is damaged or in some way defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request an exchange authorization number (“RGA”).
Free Shipping – no surprises!
Shipping is included to your home to all deliverable addresses across Canada. If your address is out of the area, we will ship to our local depot for pickup at absolutely no cost to you! If you still wish to have it delivered to your door, there will be a premium from our depot to your personal address.
In the event that you provide us with the wrong shipping address and your package has already shipped, there will be a rerouting fee. Incorrect shipping address re-rerouting fee for hot tub covers is $85.00, and $25.00 for non-cover orders.
